Welcome to Movers Auckland. By accessing our website, contacting us via phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger, or booking our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These Terms are designed to protect both our customers and Movers Auckland under New Zealand law and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery.

  • Furniture Delivery & Man with a Van Services

2. Booking and Payment
  • Bookings may be made via our website, phone, email, or messaging apps.

  • Quotes provided are fixed unless otherwise stated; hourly rates may apply in exceptional circumstances.

  • Payment must be made according to the agreed quote using cash, bank transfer, or card.

  • Deposits may be required to confirm bookings.

  • Additional charges may apply for access restrictions, stairs, lifts, long carries, steep driveways, or improperly packed items.

  • Changes or cancellations must be notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled move; late cancellations may incur fees, and deposits may be non-refundable.


3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate information about addresses, access conditions, stairs, elevators, narrow paths, or obstacles

  • Notify Movers Auckland of long carry distances, steep driveways, or special access requirements

  • Ensure all items are securely packed in boxes, bags, or containers

  • Arrange parking, permits, or other required access permissions

  • Follow safety instructions provided by our staff

Failure to comply may result in additional charges, delays, or refusal to transport unsafe items.


4. Liability Limitations

Movers Auckland takes reasonable care but is not liable for:

  • Damage to fragile, antique, or high-value items unless insured separately

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Inaccurate or incomplete customer-provided information

  • Actions or omissions of third-party websites, referral partners, or external platforms


5. Access and Property Restrictions

Customers must notify Movers Auckland about stairs, elevators, narrow corridors, restricted pathways, or other obstacles. Failure to provide accurate access information may result in:

  • Additional charges for labor, equipment, or services

  • Delays or rescheduling of moves

  • Refusal to transport items that cannot be moved safely


6. External Websites, Redirects & Partner Platforms

Movers Auckland may operate, link to, or be associated with multiple websites, partner brands, or digital platforms. Customers may be redirected or referred between these platforms for service efficiency.

  • Providing quotes and confirmations

  • Scheduling and managing moves

8. Intellectual Property

11. Cancellations and Rescheduling
  • Notify Movers Auckland at least 48 hours before the scheduled move.

  • Late cancellations or rescheduling may incur fees, and deposits may be non-refundable.


12. Text and Messaging Inquiries

SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger, or other messaging inquiries are treated the same as emails or phone calls. Information provided is used only for quotes, confirmations, and service delivery.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes will be resolved in New Zealand courts.


14. Changes to Terms
